The General Assembly of AlTube convened at the headquarters of the Egyptian General Petroleum Corporation (EGPC). The meeting was attended by Eng. Abozid Swalem (Executive Chairman, OLA Energy Holding), Eng. Salah Abdel Karim (Executive Chairman, EGPC), the Ministry of Petroleum undersecretaries, EGPC Executive Council members, and AlTube’s Board of Directors.

Eng. Abozid opened with a warm welcome, praising the successful shareholder partnership and highlighting its potential for further joint investments, supported by ongoing shareholder commitment. Eng. Salah Abdel Karim welcomed OLA Energy Holding’s delegation and reaffirmed EGPC’s dedication to continued collaboration for mutual benefit.

• Initiating another new project, in coordination with relevant partners.
