Corporate
2025

On a journey filled with achievements throughout 2025, OLA Energy continued to strengthen its presence across the African continent, reaffirming its position as one of the most prominent Libyan success stories on the international stage.
Since the beginning of the year, the company has regained its international operational flexibility, restoring its full ability to move freely in global markets and opening new horizons for future partnerships and investments.
In Kenya, OLA Energy enhanced its strategic partnership with Isuzu East Africa to develop and market Maxit Lubricants across East Africa. This collaboration, which began in 2001, has achieved continuous growth, with further expansion expected during 2025. Maxit products now cover a wide range that includes engine oils, gear oils, hydraulic oils, and greases—designed to meet the needs of light and heavy vehicles, buses, and trucks.
In Côte d’Ivoire, OLA Energy inaugurated the new AKOUEDO service station in a rapidly growing residential area of Abidjan, bringing its essential services closer to local communities. The station offers high-quality fuels, lubricants, and gas, along with modern oil change and car wash services, providing a superior customer experience. This initiative reflects the company’s investment in strategic locations that meet customer needs while supporting sustainable urban mobility.
In Tunisia, the Governor of Sousse presided over the launch of construction works for two new service stations in Sidi Bouali along the A1 highway, under the supervision of OLA Energy. The project is expected to be completed in early 2026 to provide all necessary services to highway users in accordance with the highest international standards.
OLA Energy also had a strong presence at the Abidjan International Motor Show, which attracted more than 20,000 visitors and offered a valuable opportunity to showcase the brand and strengthen direct engagement with consumers.
Alongside its expansion across Africa, OLA Energy continued to reinforce its roots in Libya through acquiring a stake in the Libya Oil Company, signing an agreement with Brega Petroleum Marketing Company to implement investment projects, and concluding a joint agreement with the Misurata Free Zone and Brega to launch a strategic lubricants blending project, reflecting the company’s commitment to investing domestically while pursuing external growth.
With this momentum, OLA Energy continues its journey across Africa and Libya, guided by three main pillars: growth, improved efficiency, and community service, cementing its position as a leading and successful Libyan investment story.
